Cancellations: All deposits are NON refundable.  

Cancellations must be in writing and mailed to info@elitesprinters.com

RULES OF CONDUCT

1. No smoking is allowed in the vehicle. A minimum smoking fee of $1,000.00 USD will be applied if  any passenger smokes in any of our vehicles. 
2. The client will assume full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the  duration of the rental by him/her or any of their passengers. A sanitation fee minimum of $500.00  will be charged if a person vomits inside the chartered vehicle. 
3. Any unusual spill soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in a clean up fee being charged directly to the credit card on file.  
4. Max capacity allowed on the vehicle is not to be exceeded. No exceptions shall be made.  
5. No alcohol is permitted on the vehicle if any minor (under 21 years of age) is present. Alcohol  drinking in the vehicle is only approved in vehicles that have a separation barrier between the  chauffeur and the passengers. 
6. Standing in the vehicle while in motion is not allowed. 
7. ELITE SPRINTERS reserves the right to establish rules and regulations of guest conduct. The  company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger engaging in gross misconduct or being  excessively inebriated. 
8. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the  part of the client(s). 
9. Elite Sprinters is not responsible for articles left in the Vehicles.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION / DEPOSITS

Reservations can be confirmed with a 25% Non-Refundable Deposit unless is a special event or  occasion in which we may require a higher deposit.  

Balances must be paid in full 7 days before the beginning of the trip unless otherwise agreed in  writing. 

Agreed additional charges will be made as the reservation progresses.

NO SHOW POLICY

If a Client fails to show at the Pick-up location for which a scheduled reservation has been made, a  No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost is charged to the credit card on file. 

OTHER POLICIES

• Clients agree that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not exceed the  number of seat belts installed.  
• If you are traveling with pets, special approval must be obtained and additional fees will  apply.  
• In Hourly Services, if additional hours are used additional time will be charged according to  the hourly rate agreed. Ending time is when you reach at your final destination. 
• If destination is out of Miami area, travel time might apply for the chauffeur (garage to  garage, additional time would be however long it takes for chauffeur to return to base).
• It is the responsibility of the guardian to secure and bring all child seats. However, Elite  Sprinters may provide the child seat for an additional cost. Elite Sprinters is not responsible  for any liability resulting from any malfunctioning or wrong installation of any child seats.  The chauffeur is not responsible to adjust or secure the child seats. In rare cases, the  chauffeur may recommend of how to install the child seats but it is the sole responsibility  of the passenger to make sure it is fully secure and installed as required by law. 

CREDIT CARD:

ELITE SPRINTERS reserves the right to apply charges to the credit card on file for: 1. Any damages 

2. Additional hours 
3. Wait-time 
4. Unusual clean-up fee 
5. Any lost or stolen vehicle components 
6. Any down time due to any of the above.
